PADI Seal Team

PADI Seal Team is for young scuba divers!

Scuba diving lessons for kids.

The PADI Seal Team program teaches basic scuba diving skills, such as breathing underwater, clearing a mask of water, and recovering a regulator.

For your little explorers who are already 8 years old and look for extraordinary action and fun, PADI Seal Team (5 aqua missions) and PADI Master Seal Team (plus 10 aqua missions) in pool will take off their imagination and give them unprecedented moments of joy and pleasure.

Through safe and sound diving procedures and under PADI Instructors direct supervision, in pool environment only, kids apart from meet friends and having fun, they develop skills, learn a lot about the aquatic environment, cooperate as a team and share the adventure!!!

Medical Statement

Scuba diving requires a minimum level of health and fitness. Chronic health conditions, certain medications and/or recent surgery may require you to get written approval from a physician before diving.

Avoid disappointment, download and review the Diver Medical form to ensure you won’t need a physician’s approval to dive before enrolling in a scuba course. Instructors, divemasters and dive shop staff are not physicians and should not be asked for medical advice. Only medical professionals can give medical clearance to dive.

Prerequisites

  • Children must be at least 8 years old.
  • Children must be comfortable in the water.

  • Parental approval is required.

PADI Discover Scuba Diving

Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world!

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to find out but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving will let you try scuba to see if you like it.

Curiosity, interest, dare, adventure, friends or fashion whatever may be the reason which makes you want to explore the underwater world, Discover Scuba Diving is for sure “your ticket” to do it.

Within only in a day you will acquire some theoretical knowledge about equipment, environment and diving itself, and you will profoundly enjoy breathing underwater and swimming independently using scuba equipment in confined water of seawater.

What will you learn?

You learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. If you make an open water dive, you’ll practice a few more skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure.

How deep do we go?

At your first dive the maximum depth is 6 meters. At your second dive your maximum depth is 12 meters with a direct supervision of a PADI instructor.

Where do you dive?

The dive location depends on the weather conditions.

How long will my dive last for?

This one is tricky to answer because it depends on how quickly you breathe your air. The average time of your first dive is usually from 35 – 45 minutes.

How soon can I fly after a dive?

For the depths and times of discover scuba diving you can fly after 12 hours if you participate in just 1 dive and after 18 hours if you participate in 2 dives in a day, according to International diving rules.

Do I need to bring something?

You can bring a towel, a pair of flip flops and your swimsuit. The diving center provides all diving equipment.

Prerequisites

  • You must be at least 10 years old.
  • No previous experience required.
  • You need to be in reasonable physical health.

PADI Scuba Diver

Who should take this course?

The PADI Scuba Diver course is a subset of the PADI open water course. If you’re short on time but really want to become a diver, the PADI Scuba Diver rating might be right for you ̶ particularly if you expect to go scuba diving primarily with a dive guide.

PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to:

  • Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
  • Obtain air fills, rent or purchase scuba equipment and participate in dive activities as long as properly supervised.
  • Continue dive training by completing the PADI open water certification and taking certain specialty diver courses.

PADI Open Water Diver

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

How To Become an Advanced Diver?

Earn your PADI advanced certification in 2 simple steps…

  1. Theory: Knowledge Development covers the principles, concepts and terms you need to know for dive safety and enjoyment. The theory part can be completed via e-Learning Advanced Open Water.
  2. Adventure Dives: Gain experience, build confidence and discover your diving abilities. The course includes five dives: a deep dive below 18m, a navigation dive and three specialty dives.

What will you learn?

There are two required dives – Deep and Underwater Navigation – and you choose the other three, for a total of five adventure dives.

During the Deep dive, you learn how to plan dives to deal with the physiological effects and challenges of deeper scuba diving. The Underwater Navigation dive refines your compass navigation skills and helps you better navigate using kick-cycles, visual landmarks and time.

The other three knowledge developments are related to the other three Adventure Dives which the student has chosen. You get vary with your interest and the adventures you have – photography, buoyancy control, fish identification, exploring wrecks and many more.

PADI Rescue Diver

PADI Divemaster

Divemaster candidates meet course performance requirements and:

  • Complete knowledge development segments including Knowledge Reviews in the PADI Divemaster Manual or through the Divemaster Online, and pass the Divemaster Final Exam.
  • Create an Emergency Assistance Plan for a designated dive site.
  • Complete water skills exercises.
  • Complete a diver rescue assessment.
  • Complete the dive skills workshop and assessment.
  • Complete practical application skills.
  • Complete Divemaster conducted programs workshops.
  • Complete practical assessments.
  • Meet the professionalism criteria.

Divemaster Duties – What can you do as a Divemaster:

  • Supervise both training and non training-related activities by planning, organizing and directing dives.
  • Assist an instructor during confined and open water training.
  • Accompany student divers during Adventure Dives or specialty course dives under the instructor’s indirect supervision.
  • Teach and certify PADI Skin Divers independently. This also includes conducting the PADI Seal Team Aqua Mission: Skin Diver Specialist.
  • Conduct the Discover Snorkeling program.
  • Conduct the Discover Local Diving experience.
  • Conduct the Reactivate program for certified divers, or for PADI Scuba Divers who are refreshing their skills.
  • Conduct the skin diving skills segment of the Open Water Diver course during any confined water dive.
  • Accompany certified PADI Scuba Divers on subsequent dives.

Prerequisites

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
